Faculty Opportunities Abroad
Resident Director in Paris, Madrid, or Bologna
- Must speak the language fluently
- Three-year commitment, one year on site
- Salary paid for 2 months of summer; COLA
- Administrative/student affairs responsibilities
- Applications in November of the year before the year before the on-site year
Faculty Exchanges
Bologna
- Call comes out twice a year, each for the following semester
- Two-week time in Bologna, lecturing
- Can invite a Unibo scholar here
- Host institution covers room, home institution covers airfare
- Unibo colleague does the application
Elsewhere
- Arrange through your own connections (or we can help put you in touch with someone)
- Switch places with a faculty member in your same discipline for a year or semester
- Obviously must be approved by department, dean, etc.!
